New Local Gun Store in Richboro:
Horizon Sporting Arms
To the left of the Richboro Post Office is a new gun store! I believe it to be the closest gun store to LRGC. Which is an advantage if you need to pickup some more ammo quickly, or do a Form 4473 transfer. Or shop for a new (or used) pistol, rifle, shotgun, or accessory.
Horizon Sporting Arms provided me with this background information:
Established in 2015 by Bill Mozer, Horizon Sporting Arms initially operated as a home-based private firearms dealer (FFL). Bill dedicated part-time hours to the firearms business until 2021. It was at this point that Ken joined the venture,
harboring aspirations of eventually opening a physical storefront. Over the years,
they diligently grew the business, reaching a stage where the idea of a
brick-and-mortar store became a reality. In early January 2024, the doors to the new store in Richboro, PA swung open, marking the beginning of Horizon Sporting Arms’ journey to offer unparalleled customer service in the firearms industry. Their commitment to going the extra mile ensures a positive and satisfying experience for every visitor.
Bill’s profound appreciation for firearms, coupled with years of avid collecting, fueled the inception of this venture.
Ken, immersed in a childhood surrounded by firearms, embarked on target shooting at a very young age with his father and grandfather. Growing up, he bonded with his father over collecting rare Colt firearms. Ken’s extensive experience in the industry includes many years at Tanner’s Sport Center, where he honed his skills as a salesman and forged a lasting friendship with Bill.
